Course description:
This course is designed to cover the microeconomics portion of the traditional college-level introductory economics course. Course work emphasizes supply and demand, the profit maximizing production level for firms, decisions regarding the use of labor and other resources, and the role of government in economics. The course prepares students to take the Advanced Placement exam.
